  I have been working with Yinette from Alpha Direct for few years.
  She has answers emails and phone calls quickly. I have had to call a few times for quick service and have had no problems in getting what I need on time. I am satisfied with the service from Yinette and Alpha Direct employees.

  Yinette she very good she always get back to you as soon she has a chance my husband david santos always tells me how good she is and she know how to treat you and tell you what best for us keep up the good work ????????????

  Yinette has been our primary point of contact for all our insurance needs at Saar Catering. She is always extremely quick to respond and very meticulous when it comes to paying attention to details. We often have emergency requests given the nature of our business and Yinette ALWAYS comes through no matter what the time constraint. We have sent her complex client / venue requests and she is able to deliver exactly what is required. She is great at what she does and we are extremely grateful to have her as our agent.

  I would certainly recommend Alpha Direct Agency. Jeannette helped me find the best quote out there given my situation (which was not an easy one). She made sure I had coverage when I needed it although she was given short notice. She provided great customer service and even went the extra mile to get me a particular document I needed.
