My wife and I have been living here for over 2 years, and we really like it. Only issue we have maintenance doesn't leave a note that they have been in the apartment. Now we only do appointments with maintenance.

I am a new resident and wanted to share the good things I have experienced while living here. First, the staff is kind and helpful. Shiann was a delight in helping us transition to our new apartment. We even received a kind letter from Laurie thanking us for keeping our former apartment so clean.

When we moved in there were a few things we asked for to update the apartment. We had our request within days! The maintenance team is prompt and whatever we needed has been done quickly. So grateful to be in a community that cares.
The clubhouse is so fresh and clean and the workout room is well equipped with updated machines and free weights.
The shared hallways for our building is diligently cleaned by some wonderful person who gets up super early to sweep out the hallway and keep the laundry room tidy. Thank you for caring. Even today I had 2 maintenance people knock on our door to make sure we weren’t having any problems with hot water. Now that’s proactive! Thank you for caring.

So it’s been a year and I just resigned my lease! Can you believe they are going to clean my carpets for free? It’s just two bedrooms but that’s so sweet. I enjoy my laminated floors the most however. I am still in love with living here!! My closet space is everything! I spend so much time on my balcony. I had so much fun entertaining my guests at the pool/grill area this summer. I swam so many laps in our beautiful pool. Thank you Parktowne for ensuring your tenants never want to live anywhere else.

I'm loving my new place. It very spacious. The whole process was quick, easy and not stressful at all. I was about to move into my apartment within a 1.5 week of submitting my application. I love that I was able to read my lease electronically at my own leisure before signing it, instead of being in front of someone and have that awkward moment between us. Any questions I needed answer I could call or email my apartment agent. Who was very knowledgeable for his job, thank you Shawn. The agents were very pleasant and friendly, made me feel welcome. Also, I love that I have my own parking spot and I don't have to fight for a spot to park my car after a long day of work.
