USA RV

We bought Our motor home from RVUSA about two weeks ago and I was waiting to review until after our first trip. Well we just got back. It was AMAZING!!! David and his folks were a pleasure to to deal with. I highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a new RV. I was concerned about buying an older model motorhome (2006) but David put our minds at ease. He had it checked out from bumper to bumper to make sure everything was good. So far it is perfect!!! I was concerned about driving a 36’ motor home but I found it easier to handle than pulling the 34’ travel trailer we traded in.

Excellent service. We took our new travel trailer to USA RV for some minor warranty work. Not only did David and his team resolve these issues quickly, but David was incredibly generous with his time in helping us to figure out some sway issues we had been experiencing. David even took our trailer for a test drive with our tow vehicle so that he could feel the sway for himself. We really appreciate his time and advice and recommend USA RV to anyone.

Excellent customer service! Excellent RVs! Researched for weeks at all the dealerships and this is by far the best deal, the customer service is over the top because it is a family-owned operated small business to truly cares about the customer every step of the process even weeks after we purchased the product we were able to reach out to the owner directly to answer all of our questions!!!
