Park Central Apartments

Park Central is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Their amenities can’t be beat. Their resident events are awesome. They really care about each resident and are super helpful.

I moved into PC a couple months ago and have had a very positive experience! The leasing office (I worked with Katie specifically) and maintenance team are both extremely helpful and timely. The location, amenities, finishes and array of events held by both the complex and North Hills have been awesome! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Okay, I’ve lived in a lot of different apartments, in a lot of different states, all of which I would consider “luxury”, and PC blows them away. First of all, the place is gorgeous. Floor to ceiling windows, amazing amenities, and the location is *chef’s kiss*. But all the glamour aside, the stuff that makes me really love this apartment has to be how it’s run. First of all the staff are amazing. The agents in the office are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They respond to emails immediately, providing detailed information and answers, they have on several occasions offered to help me carry large packages upstairs or stay late to accommodate me, and most of all they’re the kind of people that make you feel comfortable instantly. Hats off to the maintenance team as well. They compete work requests immediately and not only that but they have addressed items I never actually expected them to handle (like paint touch ups on walls after I moved furniture in.) PC also has really great resident events. Like, stuff you actually want to go to. Free trials at local businesses, catered food nights, complimentary wine by the pool. The sense of community here is awesome. I really could go on and on, but my main takeaway is if you’re thinking about it, do it. You won’t regret living here.

I moved in to Park Central this past July and while my apartment, the amenities and the complex itself are beautiful, staff in the leasing office have been the best part about living here. They have continued to be extremely helpful and creative in working with me about any issues that have come up since my move in. Their flexibility, their responsiveness, and their willingness to help with pretty much anything, are truly invaluable traits that they all possess. Anna, Katie, Kaitlyn, and Tiffany are seriously the best group I've ever interacted with in an apartment complex and they are a real asset to this community. I'm so glad that they were the reason I chose to live here because they certainly have not let me down!

I have lived in two other apartment buildings in North Hills and moving into Park Central was by far the easiest move/transition. When I got my keys and saw my unit for the first time, it was by far the cleanest compared to previous North Hills apartments I’ve lived in

I had two minor issues that were resolved incredibly fast (my key card for the parking deck didn’t work and my oven was smoking due to residue from the cleaning product they used). Both were resolved in under 24 hours.

Also the building is super safe and all of the other residents I’ve met so far have been really nice!
