  I have been repeatedly impressed with how pleasant the physical surroundings of the office are, as well as how warm, welcoming, and professional the staff (Coleen at the front desk, Lisa the hygienist, Joanne, the dental assistant, and of course, Dr McConnell, herself) all are. This goes a long way toward alleviating the common anxiety most people have, re: dental visits, as does the level of care received. As a newcomer to the area, I was referred by a family member, and to my great relief, was delighted to find a practice with which I immediately felt confident and comfortable.

  “Bedside Manner” is great! I have been a scaredy-cat patient with other dentists, but they have been so gentle over the past few years that I don’t dread the visits anymore. Quite a testament to their customer care!

  The staff are always friendly and are glad to see me. They are very punctual so I can always schedule my work appointments comfortably around my dental appointments. I’ve historically had difficulty with teeth grinding and subsequent fractures. Dr McConnell has been great about monitoring fracture lines and making sure I’ve got a good mouth guard as well as keeping me informed about possible upcoming procedures.

  I can’t say enough about Dr. McConnell at Midtown Smiles and her team!! OUTSTANDING communication, caring and great bedside manners. Dental work brings this 240lb 6’ man to his knees and they take great care of me! Drive almost an hour one way, well worth it!! My wife has been seeing her since she was a kid. Highly recommend.

  The BEST dentist for our entire family. I started taking my son here when he was just 3 years old and now the whole family goes to Midtown Smiles. The care they put into working with my kids, interacting with them, answering all their questions and letting them "participate" in their cleaning to help them feel comfortable is amazing. I never feel rushed at my appointments and they always take the time to answer questions or address concerns. Always a positive customer service experience!
