I just went to Dr Zacco and Melissa for my second PRP. They are always very professional and make sure that I feel comfortable before starting any procedure.
Similar to the first time I was there, Dr Zacco explained the procedure, factors playing in the potential results and realistic expectations that people should have.
I am waiting now for my 3rd visit and expect the usual high quality service they provide.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Zacco and Melissa. Last year I had Sepsis and post sepsis I started to lose my hair. Desperate, I went to Dr. Zacco for PRP. I had no idea what I was getting into or how much this would help! He sat with me during the 1st consultation for almost 2 hours really learning me and taking notes on everything I said. He asked a lot of questions and answered all of mine. The photo below shows me before 1st treatment- UGH! How bad is that! 2nd photo is after 1st treatment, and 3rd photo is after 3rd treatment. I am truly so happy and have nothing bad to say about PRP! I would ONLY allow Dr. Zacco to do it though. Their professionalism and cleanliness is top notch!! They make you feel super comfortable and you can bet to watch Seinfeld at his office as a distraction for your nerves. If you are hesitant, dont be! Call Dr. Zacco! You will NOT regret it!

Do you know why most customers in the healthcare arena do not take time to write a review on their healthcare provider? The answer is quite simple! Average or below average is the grade most patients would grade their entire interaction and experience with most doctors and their staff when requiring medical care! The patient and the caregiver feel nothing more than a forgotten number and a paid co-pay. Dr. Arthur Zacco and his Office Manager extraordinaire Melissa! I have been in the health care field arena for over 20 years on the medical side, as a patient, and most recently as a caregiver for my girlfriend who is experiencing hair loss due to post-sepsis recovery. Before arriving at Dr. Zacco's office, we wasted two months chasing down and waiting for appointments with two dermatologists to address my family's life-altering challenge of hair loss. I will save you time and not even count up all the mistakes and errors that were made in communication, test results, staff incompetence etc. We were running out of options and losing hair daily. Thank God my girlfriend was smart enough to go online looking for a doctor that thought outside the box and wasn't a prisoner of Western Medicine instead looking for homeopathic alternative ways to look at our hair loss problem. From our first interaction with Melissa our initial consult, Dr. Zacco's 29 years of experience in the medical field along with his focus on antiaging / hair loss our prayers were answered. To say that this Dr. and Melissa changed our life in one physical appointment and treatment (PRP) platelet-rich plasma would be a major understatement. They ACTUALLY listened to everything we said to get them up to speed with our desperation and stomach-turning disappointment with our previous TWO dermatologists. As a caregiver, it brought great relief to me because of the thoroughness he exhibited gathering the patient history like something I have never seen before. His tailored PRP treatment approach to my girlfriend after one treatment yielded results within two weeks. The problem was subsiding the fallout of the hair loss was noticeably less (because I collected and dated it) and the hair growth process was visibly being seen. Let's just say I have a big mouth and this office's treatment of my girlfriend has left me at a loss for words (except for this review). We are going back for second treatment this week and I could care less how much the treatment costs. You can't put a price on restoring a family's happiness, peace of mind, and joy while at the same time putting an end to hopelessness, fear, anger, and sadness which is what we had to endure wasting our time with TWO dermatologists that could care less if she were bald today! If as a patient and/or a caregiver you find yourself at a crossroads with your current level of treatment or lack thereof from your healthcare provider team, call Dr. Arthur Sacco DO (Doctor of Osteopathic medicine) and get good sound advice from him and his staff that truly is out of this world!

The procedure wasn't very painful, and I felt very relaxed. I highly recommend these professionals.
