Not only did they offer better coverage for the same price, but Christian took extra time to explain the policy coverage in detail, helping me to understand what I was buying and why it was important, even though it was closing time. He stayed late and got the job done. And dealing with a local office/rep was much better than an overseas call center. Highly recommended.
