Cara is phenomenal. She listens and uses her expertise to deliver the appropriate treatment at the optimal time. Cara has helped me figure out and manage a number of difficult family situations. She has helped me be kinder and gentler to myself. She has helped me find peace and non attachment when I needed to. She has helped me accept situations that are not in my control, but taught me — I do have control of many circumstances in my life and I get to decide. I began my therapy meeting with Cara weekly, I am now meeting monthly for tuneups and check ins. Every meeting is a little different and I leave feeling grounded and confident. Cara is truly amazing and healing. I started noticing a very significant change in my energy/mood/emotions almost right away, and walk away from each session feeling really refreshed. I had hoped, (but did not actually know,) that it would be possible to feel so much better, but I am so happy I took the step to see her. I came across Cara’s healing service after reading a book by Barbara Ann Brennan, whose energy healing work I really resonated with. I found Cara via B. Brennan’s healing school directory and after initial consultation it seemed like a perfect fit. I signed up for remote sessions and found them VERY helpful. While the work is rather subtle, being familiarized with energy work via the above mentioned book, gave me initial confidence and trust into the process. As our sessions progressed I got to experience the power of subtle work and Cara’s insightful and wise guidance first hand. She is very warm, gentle and intuitive in her approach, which allowed me to look deeper within and uncover hidden spots that needed some light and healing. I have always had wonderful experiences with Cara’s hands on healing- both physically and emotionally. I was nervous after I moved away from the area, had a total hip replacement and needed Cara’s Help in healing.

I had no reason to be nervous. Cara connected with me first through the phone and then.... I don’t know how to explain it. She was not there with me but I felt her healing energy throughout the session.

Following that session I no longer needed my prescribed pain medications. It was an amazing healing experience. I am thankful to have this caring, experienced healer in my life.
