Hello! I've practiced meditation here for a few months. Since I started this program, I've felt positive changes. My relationship at work has improved a lot and anxiety I had are gone. It means a lot to me. I feel much calmer and now I can love myself. This is the go-to meditation center!!
So happy to have found this meditation. This meditation allows me to let go of all the accumulated minds throughout my life, habits inherited from my parents and ancestors, and the "self"(ego). When I have let go of all those minds, I've found my true self that is truly at peace and free! Thank you so much! The online meditation is amazing!
Before doing this meditation, I had a lot of anxiety and stress. Since getting married,I couldn't have good relationship with my family.
After this meditation, I have thrown all the stress and emotion away, then I could have full of the peaceful mind.
Because I had inner peace and my relationship with my family automatically has been improved Even if the environment has not changed.
Now I am living with truly happy life with my family.
This meditation method is so simple, anyone can do it. Helper is very kind and teach me how to calm the mind and become more peaceful.

I have been dealing with so much added stress during these difficult times of late (as most everyone else has). Was in need of something positive in my life and found it here. They teach you how to calm the mind, relax and become more peaceful. I look forward to my daily meditation sessions and connecting with my instructor. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks and take a moment to recommed this meditation to others as a helpful tool in dealing with these challenging times.
As a physician I often counsel patients who have stress as a factor in their ill health. I tell them that mediation is an important tool in calming a stressed and overactive nervous system. I have tried many times and many different methods over the years to follow my own advice but with limited success. Just sitting thinking about nothing didn't work for me. Focusing on a mantra was not much better. It wasn't until I discovered the subtraction method taught at Raleigh Meditation Center that I had success in making real changes to my peace of mind with regular practice. I enjoy the people and I find the format affordable and user-friendly. The Raleigh meditation center has been a wonderful and safe place to learn how to calm my mind and ease the stress of a busy life. I recommend it highly. -
