So excited about our new Porch Furniture! The shopping experience was excellent. Adele John was very professional and helpful. She even downloaded our porch layout and helped us select the right size pieces and best arrangement for our square footage. She was also very resourceful in getting the pieces we wanted and having them delivered in a timely manner! Our experience with the delivery was also excellent. Our delivery team, Nelson and Fred, were very professional, friendly, and careful!

Nelson and Fred were so courteous and gracious when delivering my furniture today! My house is on a very steep hill, so they hand trucked it all (dining furniture, swivel chairs, storage chest and coffee table). I really appreciate this type of professional service, truly white glove!

Nelson and Fred delivered our furniture and they did a tremendous job! They were extremely professional and courteous, called ahead of time and told us when they would be arriving, and showed up on time. This is the second delivery we have had by these gentlemen and they are TOP NOTCH. The Fire House Casual Living Store has incredible furniture, and just as important, have INCREDIBLE employees!! I received my delivery today and currently relaxing on it. Nelson & Fred did a “Outstanding” customer service white glove delivery job, setting up, and showing me how everything worked. I would have given 5 Stars if things were smooth with sales and communication.

I purchased my cantilever only to find out the one I wanted was no longer available, because it was discontinued. We inquired about the one on the floor, but was told it could not be sold, so I had to order a substitute and was never given a price difference plus or minus, but decided to move forward with the substitute.

When I was contacted regarding setting up my delivery date when it arrived, I was told my rug did not make it on the truck. I instructed Kristy that it made no sense to deliver the other items without the rug since I plan on having those items placed on the rug, so I rescheduled.

My rocker recliner cover is on back order when I was told it was at the store. I’m confused. I like the patio items, but attention to detail could have been better.
