Brian Houck was so kind. He got my family in and out in under an hour so that my kid could make it to school on time! So happy and impressed. Thankful he was there to take care of us today!! Will ask for him when we make appointments from now on.
I took my '21 RAV4 Hybrid in for service to this dealership, which is also where I bought my vehicle. A week later, the washer fluid low indicator came on, which concerned me because they should have topped that off. That made me wonder what other services had I paid for, which they hadn't done? I called and spoke with my service advisor. She didn't make excuses. She apologized, and told me she'd let her service line manager know, who would contact me shortly. She did. She also apologized and didn't make excuses. We had an honest conversation about my concerns. She was attentive and listened. She assured me they'd make it right. We scheduled a return visit for the next day.
When I arrived, my service advisor greeted me, apologized, and said they'd get it in and looked at. A short while later, she got me and introduced me to the technician who'd worked on my car previously. I shared with him my concerns, and he addressed them all to my satisfaction. He acknowledged that he may have forgotten to fill the washer fluid, and told me he'd top it off. They got my car ready and returned it to me. They even filled it up with gas, which I appreciated.
No business is perfect, and people are prone to make mistakes sometimes. I appreciated the way that each person I interacted with addressed this situation. They apologized, they didn't make excuses, they assured me they would address and correct any issues, and they did just that. I am very happy I purchased my car there, and happy to have my car serviced there too.
Visited today to look at a 2001 Toyota avalon. Car was in great shape for being over 20years old. The buying experience was extremely easy going. Joe and Brandon were extremely helpful very easy going and very welcoming.
