Wynslow Park Apartments

I recently moved in about a week ago and I am enjoying every minute of it. Sam has made my moving process such a breeze. This community is so beautiful and peaceful and I am enjoying my Pool view. Maintenance is top notch as well. Big thanks to Sam for such wonderful hospitality he has given me since I first applied here. Im glad I made this choice here at Wynslow Park Apartments..

Before I even moved in things were great simply because the leasing agent Sam kept in contact with me, answered all my questions, and didn’t mind helping me. When I moved in there were minor things that needed to get fix but let me tell you the maintenance team is AWESOME!!! I love my new home! Everyone in the office is nice and the communication is everything! The neighbors are even friendly. Location is perfect!

I moved to the community in July. There were a few minor issues (which is certainly to be expected when you move somewhere new), but the team in the office and in maintenance have been amazing!

Before I moved in, I explained to the team that I needed accommodations for health reasons and the team has been great at communicating with me and sorting all of the needs out as they come up:)

Maintenance is VERY friendly, professional, and do their best to get things done as quickly as possible.

It's been a huge blessing to move here, after moving from a building that had no in-unit laundry, no dishwasher, no patio, little space, unsafe amenities, smoking permitted indoors, unkind and unprofessional staff that didn't follow laws, etc (the list goes on for days), to a place where I feel SAFE- no matter the time I get home, I feel HEARD by the staff, if a concern occurs (few and far between). This gem is the wonderful opposite of my old place.

Management also tries to come up with fun activities- like a pool party, or turning a golf cart into a free ice cream truck for residents.

My only complaints are some of the noisy cars that live in the complex and our trash in one of the dumpsters (cardboard) is rarely picked up. We are tucked back a bit, into the complex to be fair, and the dumpster may not seen by the pick-up crew. I'd love to see that fixed and the trashcans around the complex emptied more frequently.

These issues are VERY easily overlooked when you see how incredible the complex is and the apartment. I've never had so much space (and STORAGE SPACE) in my life!

It's truly been wonderful living here! If you're in doubt, VISIT- see it for yourself!

My husband and I lived in this complex for 2 years now and it would be perfect if the neighbors above us weren't so loud. They stomp when they walk, they make a bunch of noise past curfew and they argue and fight.
I don't want to be that neighbor who called the police when I hear noise so please fix this problem.

What can I say……felt like I was returning home. I was a long time resident when under Kenney Realty and along comes Hawthorne Residential when I returned to visit years later! I had the perfect chance to have leasing agent Sam assist me as I am meticulous in where I wanted to make my return home to be. This process has gone on since early June 2022 and Sam has checked in from time to time to see if certain apartments that were coming available for my move in time frame. Quiet when walking into the office but once Sam took me on tour the right personal touch naturally came through and made me feel comfortable to want to return. Though I decided not to wait until October to settle in to my new home I hope to return this time next year 2023 for more awesome service that Sam displayed towards me throughout these past few weeks! Perfect location, awesome landscape and just enough maturity is just what fits best to describe Wynslow still to this day!
