I had purchased a new kit that was having leaking issues. After some trial and error, a resolution was found. Brandon, Preston, and Noah have all been great in helping me out with the issues I was having. They were patient and answered all of my questions no matter how silly they may have sounded. I’ve been doing business there since 2019, and won’t do business anywhere else. Definitely recommend.

They are very knowledgeable when it comes to vaping. I’m a beginner with vaping they told me things about vaping I had no clue about lol. But now I understand it all. The atmosphere is really chill everybody there is real chill. Shelby helped me out a lot, especially with the in house setup. Very helpful and I really thank her for it. He helped me do a in house setup because I’m kinda a newbie to Vaping. Made me a custom Vape Juice taste great also. I recommend anybody to go to them. This is my go to spot it’s awesome. Had issues with another vape store..came to see Shelby..was very very helpful. she made my stress disappear. Great asset for Madvapes..I am shopping here from now on.
