The office staff are very friendly and help make sure problems are solved. A nice area to live in.

I moved into the community almost 2 years ago and have nothing bad to say! The workers are great the community is clean! Maintenance is quick to come!! I recommend stony Brook and if you’re buying ask for Dori she made everything easy as she explained the process!!

I’d just like say any of the 1star reviews are people that just couldn’t afford to live here or didn’t get away with doing crazy stuff to make the neighborhood look dirty! This is the best community I’ve lived in and the office people are just the sweetest!! I have no issues here Doriela is amazing with helping out around here making sure everything is perfect she’s great! Love it here 5 ⭐️

Dori is absolutely amazing. She made the process of purchasing my home a breeze. The only downside to living here is that I feel the lot rent is a bit pricey but other than that I love it here

This is a great place to live I have been here for over a year now not thinking that I would ever get a chance to own my own home by my credit not being the best 😉 but Dorii made it happen for me. Please if your looking for a place that doesn't mind your credit history 🙂 then please give Stony Brook North a try you can rent your place or buy it like I did .Thank you again Dorii for giving me a chance. I really appreciate all u have done for me. If you guys get a chance go check her out she is the best.
