My company has been coming to Embassy in Norman over the past 4 years routinely once a month or so. In every stay, we are treated very well and have found all accommodations to be outstanding!! Specifically, Kathy at the front desk is amazing. She knows us by name when we arrive, always treats us like VIPs, and makes our stay extremely comfortable. Additionally, Chris in the maintenance position goes out of his way to greet us and ensure everything is good. It is clear to me that both Kathy and Chris take their service seriously and do it with a smile. Truly both of them are first class! As the owner of my company, I ensure my team members always stay here and further recommend to my clients to stay here as well. Thank you for creating a positive culture and such a welcoming place to stay.

The service was great. The rooms could use some sprucing, the decor is a bit aged. The breakfast was good, the team worked well together. I believe her name was Tiffany, she was doing a stellar job delegating. The bar staff was very efficient. Chelsea was great, very hospitable and knowledgeable. Kathy at the front desk was beyond helpful. So pleasant and did not make me feel burdened. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was my first time to visit this hotel, and it was for a meeting only. It regarded those of us who have loved ones with special needs finally coming off the waiting list for services in Oklahoma. The speakers were entertaining and knowledgeable, much information was provided, the meeting rooms were nice, and we got a free catered lunch. Overall it was a very good experience.

Just completed a stay at this hotel. This place was truly a GREAT stay. Main thing I noticed wry early on was the very friendly staff and how they treated their guests—thank you!!! The room was extremely clean and quiet which helped me get some much needed quality rest. The breakfast bar was great and included quality food. 🍳 🥯 ☕️ 🍌 🍎. If I’m ever back in Norman, OK I will make a point to stay at this wonderful hotel. Thanks again Embassy Suites!!!
