We are very pleased with the service that was provide by Tidal. We had the EV station installed in our garage. Zach was very professional and knowledgeable about the install process. Had an emergency situation, and Tidal Electrical worked me in to be seen as soon as possible. Zach, the Technician who came to provide service, was great; very professional and courteous. I recently called on Tidal Electric for the first time, about a concerning fuse problem in the house I just purchased. Rob was right on time, very professional, and also empathetic to my concerns. Amanda has also been extraordinarily helpful in scheduling and follow up for additional repairs. They are my new electrical service company, 100%!

I worked with Tidal electric for my full house generator installation. The team showed up on time, was super courteous and professional. Additionally I was traveling the day of the power outage (required to set up the electrical connections for the generator) and the team assured me that they would not leave the house (with my wife and dogs) without power. They stayed and chased the power company to make sure everything was completed, were responsive to all my calls and kept me in the loop throughout. I would highly recommend them!

I used Tidal today for the first time and I am very impressed. My electrician is Zac Morgan and I plan on requesting him in the future. He was punctual and super nice. He explained everything to me and why it wasn't working and gave me great advice on the additional work I need. Its so nice to be treated with respect and to have someone who takes the time to explain the issue and most importantly to fix everything!
