  Went into the store yesterday to look for a nice 3 pc suit minus the suit jacket for a social event I have coming up in a week. Now to he honest I'm a Montana boy and we're a pretty comfortable bunch with some nice jeans a dress shirt and shoes/boots so to be honest I felt a bit out of my element. I had a general thought and color scheme I was looking for and Blake really just brought me in and went to work. Non pushy and very much a class act. Worked well with me and was a perfect gentleman.

  Gentlemen,
  Good morning. The three of you saved the day thru your superior service. My 92 year old father-in-law (who we call “Pop”) was to attend the wedding reception of his first grandson which was delayed due to COVID. The reception was to be held at The Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock and dress was formal (close to Black Tie).
  
  We made the awful mistake of going to another local store for his suit. This is where you came in and saved the day. The final fitting was delayed multiple times until the day before we were supposed to leave. The final fitting took place at 7:30 PM and everything that could go wrong went wrong. Upon leaving that store, I asked my father-in-law to indulge me and we visited your Crabtree Valley Store. It was about to close as the doors were being locked, yet we were welcomed into the store by Nick with a huge smile and best friend attitude. I explained to Blake our situation telling him that we needed the suit the next day. His response was absolutely and he began to look for a suit with the professionalism that Pop was his most important client and friend. In short order a fantastic suit was found and Blake did the fitting and we were told that it would be ready by 2:00 pm the next day.
  
  The next day, we showed up early as we were on a tight schedule. We were met by Tony who knew exactly who we were and was waiting for us. Tony completed the fitting and suggested a pocket square which elevated Pop to “One Sharp Dressed Man”.
  
  The trip was a success and we all had a great time. I have attached the photo of Pop and me at the reception. Both of us are dressed in suits, shirts, ties, belts, and accessories from Ticknors.
  
  Well done gentlemen. I can officially say that Ticknors is now my go to store and I am super fan.

  I joined my boyfriend here a few weeks ago to get him a new suit. I was so impressed with Nick’s attentive service, focus to our specifics and needs. He wasn’t at all pushy about sales and crafted some very flattering looks to mix and match in a short time. This is a whole new world to me, but compared to all the other stores I’ve accompanied to for men’s clothing, this was by far the best experience yet. Clean, tidy and focused service with a wide range of clothing options. Way to go to the team working here!

  I have a good friend that really wanted me to go to ticknors and look at their clothes and pick out a few things. My experience was off the charts!
  
  The men that work in the store have an extremely good for sharp clothes that would look good on you. They then take it and match them as an outfit. I received three different looks with one sport coat!. I had two different men help me, one's name was Miles and the others name was Tony. They both were on target, in touch with your style. I can say without reservations that I have never been treated any better and helped anymore than the men at this store. This seems like an overstatement, but their service is simply that good.

  This was my first time shopping for clothes in months, and my experience at Ticknors was highly enjoyable. I was greeted the moment I entered the store and treated like a VIP.
  
  A big shoutout to Tony for his excellent customer service and recommendations. His positive energy and determination to see me look my best were unmatched.
  
  I picked up my suit with final alterations earlier today, and I am beyond satisfied. I will most certainly be returning soon.
