Cathy is AMAZING! Ironically right before I came to Souly Holistic, literally as I was walking in, a notification came on my phone saying that the decisions I make at the moment would positively impact me for the rest of my life (from an app I had). Well it was 100 percent right. From when I first walked in I was warmly welcomed, and knew she had my best interested. I’ve cut cords and done Reiki and see all the benefits from it in my life. Cathy also checks in with me after each time which makes me see how she truly cares. I recommend EVERYONE to come to her services! I already have my next appointment booked :) thanks again!!

If I could give my experience with Cathy at Souly Holistic 5,000 stars, I absolutely would! I've gone through a very tough year in my personal life with lots of change and trauma and had a friend encourage me to look into Reiki healing. I went into my first appointment with Cathy with an open mind but knew very little about what to expect. I unexpectedly had my 2 little boys with me in tow as well, and she was just so welcoming, warm, and present and immediately put all of us at ease (even offered them snacks and water). My conversation with her was amazing, and it really did feel like I was talking to a deeply caring, wise friend. She shared wisdom and resources with me and walked me through what to expect. The healing session itself was literally life-changing, and I have felt so much inner peace and calm since that 1 session. I've recommended her to several people and can't wait to schedule another session and explore more of the classes and other offerings.

I have had two sessions with Cathy now, and I cannot say enough positive things about Souly Holistic! This last time I came home and my husband said my energy was effervescent. Cathy is a very talented healer. Not only are the energy sessions incredibly beneficial, but she makes lots of great suggestions for things I can do on my own. They’ve really created a nice community here, and I encourage you to check it out.

Souly Holistic is such a gem in Raleigh. Cathy is an amazing healer who really takes her time during a session and is there for you. I’ve been for reiki twice now, and each time I leave feeling so relaxed and renewed. I am already looking forward to my next visit. There is also a great selection of crystals and other spiritual items at great prices! Cathy truly cares for her clients and even makes the effort to reach out after a session. Thank you, Cathy!

I took my best friend to visit Cathy as a birthday present and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! It was so fun to step out of the box and do something a little different as a gift. Our visit was so perfect! Cathy was absolutely out of this world! I have three young kids and the calm that came over my body has been constantly present in my daily life ever since. It's been almost a month! I cannot wait to go visit Cathy again. I could never explain the gift that she has given me, my mental health, and my physical being in my everyday world of chaos. I couldn't recommend her enough!!
