Fallon Park

I asked my girlfriend to marry me at the gazebo, right before the great snowstorm of January 2022. It was a wonderful and special day. And very cold, so much so that we couldn’t stop laughing. In many ways the story of our love and lives together is tied to memories at this park, so we’re grateful for that and will probably never forget it.

So, maybe if you come to this park you will fall in (fallon?) love. Or maybe you will see kids playing in the creek or dogs sprinting in circles, and that would be fun too.

We love Fallon Park! My wife and I spent many early years here, before we were married, falling in love. Our initials are carved on a tree somewhere in the park. Just a wonderful place to enjoy the solitude of the woods and the sound of running water.

No water or restroom. Beautiful trees, gazebo and picnic tables. Nice neighborhood with access to the Greenway. Parking is not clear, on the side street or reserved for private groups.

The creek makes this a 5-star park. It's accessible in a few places and shallow enough that kids can play in it. A welcome respite during the summer heat!

Just a beautiful area to walk your dog, relax with a friend, or cook out near the creek. It's a nice little get away.
