  It's June 2020, so yeah, Covid-19 is going on... Had an appointment for my daughter to get her Level 2 license. A nice employee screened us outside and checked our documentation. We then went right in and were taken care of. The person who waited on us was awesome, minus harrasing my daughter for her UNC shirt - but we are in NC State Land.
  
  We were out in 15 minutes & there was plenty of room to social distance. After this great experience, I feel the DMV should keep their offices as appointment only. And pro-tip, check nightly for appointments, slots do open up.

  This DMV Office Was Very Nice Empolee's And Staff. You Have To Wait In Line Outside I Got Their Around When It Opened At 8:00AM. Anyone Can Make Appointment Or Walk In To This Location. The Staff Answered All Questions And Was Very Nice To Any Person And It Has A Nice Lay Out Inside The Building.

  I recommend this place, the male agents are really nice and attentive. Even though, I didn't have appointment, they provided a really good service. Starting from the guy, who received us outside a 5+ for him, super attentive and caring. Agents from station 9 and 12 great Customer service, SUPER FAST :). Definitely my best experience after moving to this state.

  This was the best DMV experience of my life. I went to get a real ID after my license was expired. The whole process took me less than 30 minutes and all the workers were quite pleasant. They actually were joking around with me and were very friendly. They had a man outside triaging people before they came in to prevent them from wasting time in line. I will definitely come back here next time I need DMV service. Highly recommended.

  My NC REAL ID was obtained in 13 minutes at 9:00am on a Wednesday although they mail it to you later. Highly recommend doing this soon and rarely in the day. They crew was kind and speedy unlike that scene in Zootopia. ???? ???? ????
