  I have been working with Kevin @ Summerfield Custom Wellness for about 2 months. He has provided a wealth of information and suggestions as I work towards increasing my knowledge about how to obtain my nutrition goals. He has been fantastic with follow through as he will send emails with links and evidence based information regarding the topics we discussed.
  
  What I have appreciated most about Kevin is that he really listens and cares about what is going on with me as a whole person. He takes time to ask questions and to then ask more questions in an effort to learn about me, my goals and what motivates me. His approach is different from other providers with whom I have worked.
  
  Each virtual meeting with Kevin has left me feeling heard and as though my goals are his goals .. as if he is truly invested in my success. I have recommended Kevin to multiple colleagues already.

  I have had the absolute pleasure to work with Kevin for the past few months. I came to Summerfield to get a better understanding of what I needed for the recent diet changes I had made to improve my health. I switched up my normal "American" diet to a plant-based diet. Kevin isn't specifically a plant-based nutritionist, but he has been a wealth of knowledge for my many questions to ensure I am receiving all the essential nutrients I need with my new eating habits. I am extremely happy to see that I have lost a little over 10 pounds, my blood work came back with phenomenal results as well. I have to add, I just feel better. It's great feeling to know that I have someone I can bounce pretty much any question off of and know that I will get a non-biased, educated response. Highly recommend!

  I have been working with Aubrey for several months now and I am so incredibly grateful to be working with her! She has helped transform my relationship with food, and has helped me identify sensitivities I was previously unaware of via food elimination periods. She has encouraged healthy habits that i intend to keep for the rest of my life. Working with her at Summerfield has resulted in me losing weight in a healthy and sustainable manner, that it is time to change my goals---and I know Aubrey will have my best interests in mind as we dive into this next challenge.

  Summerfield Custom Wellness is fantastic! I have been able to "reset" my diet and figure out why I was so hungry all the time, and eat more satisfying snacks that keep me feeling full! Overall my diet is healthy, but I can definitely say that Kevin really helped to tweak it and help me understand what I have been missing in my diet. I feel more energy than before, and am much more aware of how I should read labels and incorporate different strategies. I highly recommend Summerfield Custom Wellness!

  I have absolutely enjoyed working with the team at Summerfield Custom Wellness! I began meeting with Megan when I first started at my company a few years ago. She was so fun to meet with and diligently worked with me to get myself feeling better again. We worked through an elimination diet, as well as a few other things, and with her recommendation to my doctor, we solved one of my ongoing issues! I've recently been working with Sarah and she is just as great as Megan! While I wanted her to give me a weight loss plan so I could get quick results, she listened to me and helped me focus on a way to achieve my goals in a more realistic way. She keeps me accountable, shares delicious recipes, and is just a wonderful person to connect with throughout the month. I've seen better scale and non-scale wins since meeting with Sarah, than I have when I try to yo-yo diet. I highly recommend working with the Summerfield Custom Wellness team, you will not be disappointed!
