  We’ve had a very good experience with Furnish. The designer that helped us really streamlined the decision process - which I am not good at! When our furniture was delivered, it was the wrong stain. Furnish worked with the manufacturer to ensure the problem was corrected. It was a long process, but the folks at Furnish made it right. I love my new furniture.

  This place is absolutely amazing! The customer service is wonderful, everyone is so helpful and kind while also giving you space to explore on your own. I love the interior and exterior design of the store. The layout and options are very inspiring. They are on the higher end in price but that is because of the pieces and services they provide. If you have the budget, it is definitely worth it.

  Have purchased furniture twice from Furnish. Both times a designer helped us avoid making design errors with our choices. There are lots of cool, different fabrics to choose from-- and the store displays provide a great example. Most recently worked with Alyssa who is responsive and hospitable. We had an issue with an ottoman we purchased recently (legs were wobbly); we contacted Furnish and they sent it back to the manufacturer to be repaired at no cost to us. That makes me feel valued even after purchasing and I appreciate that a lot- we've never had that kind of commitment to quality from any other furniture store.
  **Back for more! We purchased more furniture and this time worked with Dory. Very happy to have her expertise; she is friendly and knowledgeable. We are getting a well-designed room and quality furniture after making a mistake buying a sectional from Crate & Barrel. Thank you again, Furnish!

  We walked in and thought everything was definitely going to be out of our price range. Everything looked gorgeous and the quality was outstanding. The prices were actually very reasonable for the craftsmanship and customizability. Dory gave us a great experience shopping, and let us wander and discuss on our own. She was very helpful when we were designing our tables. She was not pushy or hovered over us like other places we went. We loved that she gave us design advice for our tables and chairs. There is a wait time since the furniture is made to order. We placed our order a month ago and have not received the furniture yet, but if delivery goes as smoothly as the day we picked everything out, I'm positive it will be worth the wait!!

  I had a fantastic experience working with Dory at Furnish! First of all, their selection is amazing - such a beautiful showroom! Dory was professional and so, so helpful! I could tell she really knows her products and she has a lot of design experience. She worked with me on my room size, colors and really helped me coordinate everything! When the furniture arrived, the delivery was smooth and the guys were so respectful! They wanted to make sure our floors were protected and made sure everything was in place before they left. The quality is amazing and each piece is so comfortable! I would highly recommend Furnish for everything you need!
