    I was out of town when phone became unusable (smashed in car door). Drew was very helpful offering affordable options over the phone. We visited the Brier Creek store next morning and Drew very cheerfully and efficiently showed me the iPhones he had placed on hold for me, recommended a screen saver and had my new phone up and running in no time! Have appreciated Cricket no hidden fees plan for over 5 years now, and the unexpected expense of new phone was made more pleasant by Drew's service!
