These Dentist..Dr. Ben and the Lovely Dr. Susan are Hands down one of the best decision I have made. As we mature. Dental care becomes so important and one should feel very confident in the people taking care of the teeth and especially the smile. They work with you...they know things..lol.

I love this practice. They are efficient and super nice, and they’ve taken such great care of all my dental needs. Whether routine cleaning, a toothache, or something found during an exam, they have me covered. I’ve been with them for many years, and they are terrific.

LOVE this place! The whole staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Dental visits aren’t my favorite, but the massaging chair and amazing view makes me feel like I’m bird watching rather than getting plaque removed. Special kudos to Dr. Ben (even though he’s a Wolfpack fan) and Dr. Susan. I trust them 100%. Dr. Susan helped my preschooler overcome a major fear of dentists after a horrible visit with another dentist. She made sure she was comfortable in the chair, showed her the tools she would use and how they worked, explained what would happen during her visit, and paused every time she needed it. I’ll never have enough ways to thank her for that!

Recently moved back to Raleigh and wanted to return to our DDS from 10 years ago. Easy to make a timely appointment. VERY courteous staff. It’s been a long time since I had such a thorough exam by a DDS. My appointment started on time and provider explained what to expect. I never felt rushed by the front desk staff, the dental assistant , hygienist, or Dr Thompson. We are happy to be living back in Raleigh and to return to Thompson Family Dentistry!
