  Wonderful community and coaches! I don’t dread coming to workout even if the workout is tough or challenging for me, I still work through it to the best of my ability, and I’m not pressured to go for a heavy weight if I’m not comfortable with it. I feel safe to try things because the coaches are supportive and there is no judgement from anyone, but cheers and encouragement abound. Go try it out!

  The Atmosphere at Hammer Driven Fitness (HDF) is AMAZING! Steph is the #1 CrossFit Coach on the Planet and her personality is UNPARALLELED! I’ve witnessed Steph bench pressing and it Honestly CHANGED MY LIFE! Staff there is very Professional, REMARKABLE creating BREAKTHROUGHS mentally and physically! HAMMER DRIVEN FITNESS (HDF) is a Miracle for myself and wish that it assists others as well! Tools taught are easily implemented into daily living and I’ve destroyed literally an ample amount of Bad Habits! Steph, you all deserve AWARDS for being the BEST people! Here’s a Huge HUG and of course 5stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! HAMMER DRIVEN FITNESS (HDF) is very WHOLESOME and a BLESSING! I’m so GRATEFUL and THX a lot… !

  I’m an older adult and I have arthritis. I discovered in the fall that CrossFit was what I needed. Coach Steph does an excellent job modifying things so I can get the most out of a workout just like everyone else. I love the community at this gym. Come join me - you will not be disappointed. I can open jars with out help! That’s awesome for me.
