  The people in this store are like one big happy family! Their focus on service and going above and beyond to help their customers is exceptional. Donnette waited for hours beyond closing to try to help me when I was trying to navigate the complexities of a huge cell phone dilemma. She actually gave me her own old phone to ensure that I had something when I left the store so that I wouldn't be without access while we attempted to troubleshoot the issues. These folks do their very best to help anyone who comes in the door and they seem to know how vulnerable we all feel when our devices and data are in jeopardy.

  I cannot express how happy I am with the service that I received when I went in on August 8. Donnette was friendly from the moment I called and requested an appointment to the minute I left the store with my brand new iPhone 11. The reason I went in is because I haven’t changed my phone since September 2015. I had a near perfect condition iPhone 7 Plus. I went in there and got so much more of a deal than I could’ve ever hoped for. Not only was she able to help me out with my actual purchase but she was just fun to talk to while we waited for my phone to complete the transfer. She did get a little busy and was helping other customers but I saw her treat every customer with respect. I will 100% continue to be a customer for this location after my experience today. I will also be sending my family members there. This woman is definitely an asset to your location!

  Twice I have worked with Adam and he is amazing! Thank you for having such a great guy at this store with such a great attitude! Just had to leave a high five. I live down the road and use "to have" to go into Raleigh, but now - I am so happy with the Forestville Road Verizon Store!!!

  It is strictly by chance that I ended up at this location to do business on behalf of my special needs son. When we met Gregory Appleford we hit the jackpot in extreme customer service! ❤️ By the time we were done, I had referred him to one of my other kids, as well as my mother. When my mother had some issues with her phone, Gregory got right back to us and made sure she had her phone back ASAP and in great condition. He goes out of his way to help his customers and treat us like good friends. If you are looking for a better experience with a cell phone provider, look no further. Wherever you are located, coming to this location to see Gregory is well worth it!! ? It is, hands down, my best Verizon experience across many years of using their services. He erased my previous bad experiences.
