  Donna Audette at Byrd Tile in Wake Forest gave us excellent advice and recommendations on porcelain and ceramic tile for our bathroom renovation. When others wanted to sell hand-painted Italian tile, Donna understood what was important to us—when we wanted to splurge and when to be budget-conscious. She knew her product line extremely well, had samples and pictures to show us how it would look in our room, and made us aware of other details we had not considered. She made ordering easy and worked directly with our builder to coordinate pickup. Donna made the whole experience a pleasure. We highly recommend Byrd Tile in Wake Forest.

  We worked with Donna at Byrd Tile after hiring a local contractor who basically destroyed our tile. Donna helped us pick out a superior product, was hands on with ensuring we got what we wanted and on time with the project. She even assisted in help us find a contractor who would do it correctly and professionally. We will definitely be using Donna and Byrd Tile again on our next tile projects!

  Great experience with Byrd Tile. We worked with Donna Audette in the Wake Forest location who listened to our likes and dislikes, helping guide us toward stone and tile styles and textures that absolutely fit our like.
  
  From a service perspective, Donna "saved the day" when it came time for our install. We were a single tile short on an install date of 12/23...the Saturday before Christmas. Donna had the tile in the store, opened the store for me so that I could get the tile, and have our installation completed for Christmas.
  
  In an "on line and big box" retail world, true customer experiences are harder and harder to come by. In our case, we cant say enough good things. We truly appreciated all that Donna did for us and will absolutely be repeat customers and and highly recommend Donna!

  Our experience at Byrd Tile was phenomenal. Donna was extremely nice, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. I learned a great deal about tile care and grout care during our visit. After the visit, she went out of her way to ensure that the slightest modification to our original choices were still acceptable. She was also great with our children. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  I am a Designer in the new construction industry and have used Byrd tile for years! They have an awesome selection, lots of in stock tiles, and short turn around times on special order tiles. Donna, at the new Wake Forest location, is professional, knowledgeable, and makes the process so easy, with spec homes, as well as with my presale customers. She has great ideas and helps me step out of the box by making me aware of the newest products, while also being budget conscious! Highly recommend both Donna and Byrd Tile.
