Denise is fantastic. Her personality makes exercise fun. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure I use proper form to prevent injury. She is very encouraging and pushes me to increase the weights that I'm using. I used to work out with her in person, but I now do the virtual option which works great for my schedule. I highly recommend her services, you will not be disappointed.
