Bexley at Heritage

I’ve been here for about 2 years now and this place is great. Maintenance is always quick to respond, and the girls in the front office are wonderful. It’s close to shopping and downtown too.

I was a resident here for two years in two different apartments. 2 bedroom and then a 3 bedroom. The apartments are located conveniently across from groceries and restaurants. The grounds are well kept and flowers and trees abundantly decorate. Pool and clubhouse are always in great condition. Playground and grills are also offered for use.
The apartments we lived in were clean and damage free when we moved in. Anytime a maintenance request was submitted, prompt response by the crew came within hours. (We never had an emergency repair) the staff always was professional and friendly. There were a lot of community opportunities offered hosted by the staff like bagel day, wine and cheese night, and spring plant day. I would highly recommend Bexley at Heritage to anyone looking for an apartment home.

I moved in mid April of 2022 so I have lived here for roughly 7 months. This place is extremely beautiful decor wise and it's located in a very convenient spot here in wake forest. I live on the first floor with neighbors above and to the side but have never heard any noise. These apartments are extremely noise proof. Any maintenance issues get resolved in a very timely fashion. The staff here is very nice as well! They also have the option to have a personal garage here as well which is very nice and convenient. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to move into a nice,safe,and well accommodated location.

I moved in this week to Bexley at Heritage, and I could not be happier. Julia and Kerry were really great in helping me thru the leasing process and getting me settled in for my stay here, in very quick order. They certainly went above and beyond, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Wake Forest, NC. First class all the way, and the amenities are great, too.
