Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

I love this food. Different and yet similar enough. Excellent daily specials and the flavor and sauces are really fun. I would recommend you try the specials as they give you a great sample of some unique flavors!

First visit. I got the daily special, and it was good. The green and yellow sauces were nice accompaniments. Rice, black beans, chicken, corn, salsa, mild spices. I will come back again to try the salad...

The best chicken you can eat. The service is fast too. Now if you like hot tasting food, you will have to try the green sauce, it is hot 🔥 but not ghost pepper hot more like jalapeno but with a good flavor. Now if hot's not your thing the yellow sauce is the family favorite, It looks like a honey mustard but it is not, It has a really good flavor as well.

The place was clean & brightly decorated & lit, bustling with busy workers and latin music. The chicken was hot, fresh & very flavorful. They had me wait a couple minutes to give me fresh fries, a thoughtful gesture. An affordable, upbeat and upscale fast food experience, healthier than most.
