Gina is amazing! Actually, the whole company has been such a great experience to work with, but Gina's customer service is amazing. When a homeowner backed out of a showing at the last minute, she was quick to help us find another property Parrish managed that fit our needs which was SUCH a blessing since we were on a time crunch to move out of our old home.

When we had to call the after hours maintenance crew, they were prompt and concise and have not had to "come back out" after they initially fix something - which is rare. Their office is accessible and someone is always there to help us. We are absolutely going to resign with Parrish Realty and look forward to continuing to rent from them.
