I have been a few times with family and highly recommend going at least once. There are plenty of staff around to help you if I need them, and most of the time they have well stocked items in all the stores. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is actually because occasionally they are out of more than one item at some places. But either way, you should definitely consider going! Great for family and/friends outings and always fun when I've gone. Many events and prizes go on there and it's hosted quite well might I add.
An enjoyable afternoon for me and my 5-year old son. It is what it advertises to be - local, low level minor league baseball and provides a relaxed atmosphere for family time. Costs do add up in a hurry - nothing egregious but prices what you'd expect at a venue like this ($5 for a bottled drink, $8 pizza, $5 parking, etc). Would be a five-star experience if you could bring in your own food/drinks or if prices were more family friendly. Can easily become an expensive evening for a family of four.
A little slow at the ticket booth, but great stadium and very helpful staff. State of the art scoreboard. Could magazine include a page for those who like to keep score, as we old folks like to do? Looking forward very pleasantly to attending next game I can
First time at the stadium. Ushers were very helpful and friendly. They made us feel right at home by answering any questions I had. One usher even stopped her conversation she was having with two people to help us find our seats and she was very polite!! Good friendly family atmosphere!!!!
This is a great place to take your kids for an afternoon of baseball and snacks. The parking is pretty good and I have not seen the stadium very full which makes it great for small kids. You will find the expected stadium snacks. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy an afternoon beer and snacks with your family while enjoying the wonderful NC weather and some baseball with some up and coming major league players.
