Just had our living room furniture delivered by Whitley Furniture. We have waited 4 months but it was definitely worth the wait. The furniture is beautiful! The delivery experience was great. Al and Jalen were awesome. They were very professional, courteous and exercised great care with the furniture. Thank you Michele for taking the time to help us with all of our questions and offering suggestions to ensure we made informed decisions. We love our living room furniture!

Alex was patient and knowledgeable. She helped us pick out new family room furniture along with a custom designed dining room table and chairs. The customer care team and management made sure we were 100% satisfied with our entire purchase. Our family room furniture is very comfortable and our dining room table/chairs are so beautiful. Robert and Calvin were awesome, friendly and quick, and they handled our new furniture with such care. Early last February we went to Whitley Furniture to buy a new dining room table and chairs to match our newly remodeled first floor. We intended to get something out of stock but when Ken M. showed us the custom furniture room we were hooked. We chose the custom table top, finishes and chairs we liked, and also decided to order a matching buffet. Ken helped us choose the finishes and hardware and couldn’t have been more helpful. He followed up with us several times on order status and delivery date. Was a great buying experience.

All of the pieces arrived today and they are beautiful. The delivery team, Robert and James, were careful, friendly and professional.

We ordered our master bedroom furniture from Whitley and it is exactly what we wanted. Sherri walked us through the whole process and even honored the original price even when they knew the price of lumber was going up. James and Calvin did a great job moving the furniture into our second floor master bedroom. They had to navigate a tight turn at the top of the stairs and they were very careful of making sure nothing happened to our furniture. Would definitely recommend this entire team.

When I went into the store I was greeted by Jessica and she educated me on all the different options and features of a sofa. Never knew there were that many choices.
Jessica gave me routine updates re the status of my sofa. (which I truly appreciate). Beth was great with lining up the delivery. Chris and Calvin were great with the delivery and placing it where I wanted. They were prompt with arriving at the time Beth arranged. My sofa is beautiful and very comfortable. It was well worth the wait!
