It's a gym of invested members; people who WANT to be there... people who literally helped make the gym... transforming an old building, breathing new life and a passion for fitness, health and well-being. I was beyond thrilled when I learned that it was opening up in Ashland. I wanted a gym that was not political--that wasn't using its platform for a political statement or just to make as much money as possible. You absolutely cannot beat the value: $70 a month for a year commitment, brand new equipment, smaller class sizes and incredible coaching. Also, the programming has been phenomenal.

(November 26, 2021, 10:30 pm)This gym is the real deal. It’s the perfect gym for anyone who wants to feel encouraged and uplifted. Everyone cheers for each other and helps one another out. The kids room is a huge bonus! Amazing gym, amazing coaches.
