Byers Woods

It's a cool park built on top of an old land fill. They've done a good job with it. I wish all the trails were paved but it's still a 5 star because it's good for what it is.

When I walk my pup there, I daydream about the center fenced portion being a dog park :)

If u enjoy the wildlife and love to walk or bird watch even just sit outside for fresh air. You can fish with catch and release. So many different things u can do by yourself or with your family along with your fur babies. No swimming aloud but wouldnt want to. So much wildlife u get to see. Was nice to spend time with my family there today. As you are walking the trails there are a few benches in place just so u know. Some paths are concrete and grass.

Great place for a dog walk. Just off the highway US 30 at Hayesville US 60 exit. with lots and lots of trails and land features. This is a wonderful place to wear out your dog if you’re traveling. Somebody put this on traveling with Fido.

This is Leia's favorite place. She loves herding frogs back into the mossy frog pond and than vleaning herself up in the nice clean pond. I love doing yoga on the picnic table and my sister comes here to run. It got something for everyone!
