CareFirst Urgent Care.- Mt. Orab

The staff was extremely professional. After the initial documentation was completed I was talking to the nurse practitioner in less than 10 mins. They were also helpful when I made two follow up calls for renewed prescriptions. I highly recommend this facility.

Great place! Wait times are not long. Front desk ladies are so nice. The provider was very nice and knew exactly what was going on. This will definitely Be the urgent care that my family and I use whenever it’s needed. EDIT** I’ve had to take my children here as well. Both came down with strep. Once again, in and out with 15 minutes or so. No wait time to see the doctor. Tests came back quickly and the entire staff was great with my kiddos.

It is SO nice to have a TRUE walk-in clinic that provides exceptional care. 8am to 8pm- just walk right in, no appointment needed. I have taken my elderly Mother there twice and we were highly satisfied with the care she received. Both of the Nurse Practitioners who work there are highly skilled and knowledgeable clinicians. Today I was there for the first time as a patient and had another great patient experience. The front desk receptionist (Sydney) and Medical Assistant (Brittany) were both friendly and efficient. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and good infection control practices between patients. Amanda, the Nurse Practitioner, was very polite and friendly, but most importantly, she assessed my health condition and ordered the medication that should resolve my problem. Thanks so much and keep up the good work!

We took my son here due to a fever and him not eating. Everyone was SO kind. We were in and out with a diagnosis and antibiotic prescription within 15 minutes including registering as a new patient and seeing the physician. She took one look at his throat and instantly knew what was wrong and the test proved her right. Whole experience felt like we were at a family doctor we had been seeing for years with how great the hospitality was. We will definitely be coming here if we ever have the need to again.

Went in for an abscessed tooth… my wait time was less than 15 minutes… staff and doctor was fantastic and went next door for my prescription (no long wait at Krogers) I was back home within the hour!!! Never has that ever happened! I will continue to use them!
