The people who want to complain on here have every right. But they might change their minds after getting a taste of city versus country license bureaus. The one I normally go to in the city of Butler County is always a mess of disorganized people and a line of impatient customers who are already waiting, tapping their foot, outside the doors as soon as the clock strikes open time. The ladies behind the counter try to be friendly but some become frazzled in a short period of time due to the irritation of its-all-about-me type of customers. Covid made that whole scenario ten times worse. So I attempted the one in Georgetown. Was blown away by the cultural difference. Was in and out in ten minutes, no problems, no wait, no nothing. It makes me appreciate the Georgetown location even more. Hands down. Five stars.
