My first experience was over the phone, purchased 2 machines sight unseen. Then I drove to Cincinnati from Florida to pick them up. Once there, their selection is top notch, the service, attitude and willingness to talk to you is unbelievable. I was met at the door by the owner Mike, then he introduced me to every employee in the store. The questions I asked was answer by him. I felt like I was in the living room talking my dad.

Two months later I purchased a third machine over the phone, and had it shipped, same over the top service and willingness to help. Machine came very well protected and arrived on time. The phone tech support was amazing to say the least

My husband Nathan bought my all time fav slot from Gambler's Oasis for my birthday. I have to say that I'm extremely impressed with how this company does business. The machine itself is in perfect condition as advertised on their site. The care they put into the packaging for shipment was just as they promise as well. Not a single issue with the delivery. It arrived super fast and we gave it some time to acclimate to the temp in our home before plugging it in. Works amazing and so much fun. I can honestly say the experience purchasing thru this company was second to none. Thank you!

Mike and his team are a pleasure to deal with and the slots are nice too! 😄. I ordered in April to ensure the machines we wanted were available. I wasn't able to take delivery for a few months though and Mike was more than happy to accommodate. He held the order until I was ready and available to accept. They arrived in perfect condition (used yes), wrapped and boxed meticulously. Easy to unpack and set up with instructions conveniently located inside the door panel of the machine. Overall a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for slot machines. We will definitely purchase ALL of our future slots from Mike and Gambler's Oasis!!
