I am always greeted with a pleasant reception. The staff creates a seamless efficient process from the moment I arrive until I leave. Each professional is congenial and highly skilled which creates a comfortable trusting experience. Until now, I have never looked forward to a dental appointment. It’s not the usual dental appointment it’s more like catching up with friends. I would recommend Dental Care of Fairfield to friends and family.

The previous doctor, Marcia Irving Ray, was extremely rude, dismissive, and all in all had a terrible “bedside” manner. I have not been back since she was fired, but at the time that I went, her support staff (her assistants, who are very sweet and seem to do most of the work, and the hygiene assistant) were the saving graces of this place!

My hygienist Jessi was very thorough and explained everything to be expected at my first appointment. After the exam, Jessi reviewed the areas that needed attention. Dr. Grace was very kind and patient focused. She explained what treatment she recommends & why. At the end of the appointment, a front desk team member presented a treatment plan with what insurance is estimated to pay and what my payment is. I left very satisfied and happy with my first experience with Jessi and Dr. Grace!

Awesome place to go and the staff are very pleasant and knowledge in all the areas.

The staff at Dental Care of Fairfield is amazing. They are friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable during the exam. All my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the exam. I highly recommend this dental practice for all of your dental needs.
