Jimmy did a great job identifying the source of a leak impacting my unit. Very responsive and had it taken care of very quickly. The small leak had been going on for several weeks and he was immediately able to pinpoint the source.

Knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and honest. I would give extra stars if I could. We were experiencing a blocked underground drainage line in our yard (sump and downspouts). Someone from a different (big/national) company came out and ran a camera, only looked from one end, found a blockage and said (not verbatim) "If you've got blockage here, I estimate you have it throughout the whole line, I advise replacing it all". I know nothing on the subject, so it sounded like a bitter pill I'd have to swallow. I wanted a second opinion, and I'm so glad I called Jacob's Plumbing. Brody came out and did a MUCH MORE THOROUGH scope of the line (end to end), found several problem areas, and recommended digging up and replacing those sections. He said (again not verbatim) "worst case if this doesn't solve your issue, we can always replace the whole line if it's necessary." I agreed and they started work right then and there. Brody and Suzie cleared the first section, and a ton of water immediately flowed out of the pipe where it terminates at the street. I cannot overstate the quality of the experience (especially compared to the other company). Brody takes the time to do a thorough job and explains everything along the way. Look no further, just hire them.

Highly recommend. Brody is honest, down to earth, and fair at his job. The quote was very reasonable. My insurance agent even said wow that's cheap. Their drilling technology saved me from digging up my entire yard to replace the water service line. Great work and cleaned up after job.

The culvert ditch by the road made cutting grass a major chore. Jacobs installed culvert pipe & capped it with soil. The work was finished neatly & in a timely manner. Top notch work & courteous. Jacobs did a really great job for us. Strongly recommend Jacobs Plumbing & Excavating.

We worked with Jacobs Plumbing and Excavating to replace the corroded culvert pipe under our driveway. When we started looking into getting this replaced we talked to a number of companies but Jacobs was the clear winner. Brody Jacobs came out to give us our estimate and worked with us throughout the whole process. In contrast to some other companies that came out it was obvious the Brody was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. That alone was enough to convince me to work with them but we also felt the estimate was very fair which really put them over the top. The actual work they did was wonderful, we are extremely pleased with how it all turned out. During the course of the work everyone from Jacobs Plumbing was great, they were all really nice and very professional, it was a pleasure to work with them. I was also impressed with how the job site looked after they were done. They did such a great job minimizing any impact from all equipment that was used and left our yard looking great.
