During a torrential downpour, my car was stuck in a very precarious spot with not much "wiggle" room. Redemption roadside assistance arrived and figured out how to extract my car. Excellent problem solvers and really helpful. I highly recommend them.

My engine began overheating due to a crack in the radiator and left me stranded at an interstate rest area. The tow driver towed me to Rich's shop on a Sunday and also arranged me a hotel for the night. Redemption replaced my radiator the following morning and I was on the road again by mid day. The service was outstanding and conversation with Rich and Eric lightened up my "down" mood. These guys are the absolute BEST!!

This place took really good care of me and my wife who got stuck on a highway and the recommended that I was to take the vehicle to their shop and not the one we was originally going to take it to so we let them take it and switch out our bad alternator for such a low price so if I ever go back to Ohio I will recommend anyone to go to this place. I will go to this place if I ever get broken down again.

Rich did a phenomenal job!! I reached out to a company I won’t name, before going through Redemption. This company was to nervous to perform the job, mainly due to the tires condition. This however was not a problem for Rich @ Redemption. He jumped right in there and with precision, he knocked it out in no time. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and Rich is an awesome guy. Five stars across the board.

We have found our family mechanic. Rich the owner of this shop does outstanding work at a very affordable price.. He truly cares about his customers! As a women I can take my vehicle here and not be lied to or taken advantage of because I am clueless with what’s under the hood of a car lol! But if I could give this company 10 stars I would! I highly recommend you take your vehicle to him you will be thinking me I promise that!

Amazing guy fixed every problem I had plus more. Very fair prices. Very knowledgeable. Teaches you what was wrong as he fixes it so you know more about your own truck. Very pleasant experience
