Carroll's Carpets

I cannot disagree more with the outdated, negative reviews about Carroll's Carpets. The service my husband and I received from the staff here was both prompt and professional. The quality of the flooring, padding and installation were all phenomenal as well. The gentleman who helped us pick our flooring was easy to work with and even provided us with customized recommendations to best fit our needs. If you are looking for a flooring store with fantastic selection and service, I encourage you to try Carroll's Carpets!

If I could give more I would! They helped me out when lowes couldn't get it together. I bought carpet and just by chance.. they had an opening the next day. I had carpet installed within 24 hrs of purchasing!!!!

Don't go to lowes or home depot! Come here! ((Don't mind my messy house with a baby lol)) but the carpet was exactly what we needed!

I’m really not sure what people expect these days as I read some of these reviews. My experience with Carroll’s carpet has been nothing but impeccable. We are having our whole house re floored and they have worked with us every step of the way to get it done around our schedule.

The same installers have been out every time, that says a lot to me, and they have done awesome work. They like to jam some tunes while they work and I respect that!

With big box chains you really never know what your going to get. I like knowing who’s going to show up and what kind of work they are going to do. Carroll’s knows what product they sell so you know what your buying. That’s what’s nice about small business. It’s not the lumber guy moved to carpets for the day selling you carpet.

Do what you will, but I’ll keep buying from Carroll’s 👍

We had carpet installed in our entire home last week and couldn’t be happier. We got an amazing deal on the best quality carpet and padding! Would recommend to anyone looking for new carpet. Fair prices, great communication and professional installation.

Tremendous!! Carroll's Carpets recently completed both carpet and Coretec in our first home and we are beyond impressed! The staff there actually took the time to explain different products to my wife and I and even asked us questions about our project in order to better determine what the best selection would be for our lifestyle. We were thoroughly impressed with the price when we received the quote-it was the best we received in town! In addition, our installation and the end result were better than we could believe. Although there are other flooring retailers closer to our home, we chose Carroll's Carpets for this project and we will choose them again in the future because of the tremendous service and selection they offer.
