I have been working with the Miami Speech and Hearing Clinic for several months. They have been excellent in their diagnosis, advice, and treatment. Director Chip Hahn is very knowledgeable about this field. He and the other staff are very professional. It is clear that the clinic is not profit focused but healthcare focused. They are not representatives for a specific hearing aid company, but give trustworthy advice.

I had a totally good experience at the MU Clinic. I was anxious about the entire process of getting tested and possibly getting hearing aides. But the experience was pleasant and I learned so much about hearing loss and its relationship to declining cognitive functioning. Dr. Hahn was super. Don't hesitate as this is a great place to go for help.

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough my hearing exam was this morning. Not only that, my audiologist explained my hearing loss in ways that I could easily understand. The university isn't interested in selling hearing aids on commission - it's all about research. I'm returning in a couple of weeks to try a demo pair to see if they work for me or not. Much better experience than my last audiologist who tried to scare me into dropping 6 grand immediately.
