(August 2, 2023, 9:36 pm)Vin was pleasant, efficient, and did a beautiful job on my nails. I loved that I was able to pop in at 930 in the morning and be out in less than an hour. It had been quite a few years since I've had my nails done the professionally, My only complaint was feeling a little rushed to know exactly what I wanted from the girl at the counter as soon as I walked in. Vin listened too me though and helped me with the options I was looking for. There are so many options now that weren't available the last time I got acrylic nails, I guess I should have studied them on my own prior to arrival. I will definitely go back to ambiance, it's a really nice salon, I will just be more prepared for my next visit with pictures, colors, and nail options when I go.

She was so gentle with my hands and she was very thorough to make sure they came out even and allowed me to check my nails a few times as she was doing them to make sure I liked them. This Ambiance location has always been quick, attentive, and very helpful and kind.

(June 8, 2023, 11:49 am)They are the BEST nail spot I’ve found and I’ve honestly been to so many. Being from New York, I have very high standards for nail technique and design. This was the first place I found where the ambiance, technique, and design are all 5 Star! My nails always last longer than expected, professionally designed, pleasant staff, and I will always choose this place first in all of Cincinnati!
