I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in same day. I was only there a little over an hour and it was finished. I will be back if I decide to have more work done.

Auto optionz is great and easy to work with. They installed a remote start on my car and a few months went by and one of the remotes stopped working. They offered to fix it with no hassle. When it turned out to be a malfunction in the remote they took care of the warranty and they are currently getting me a new remote from the manufacturer. I would go there again without any hesitation.

Fast friendly service, definitely knows what they're doing. When in with audio problems quickly diagnosed and expertly fixed. Very happy. Will go on back again.

We have been using Auto Optionz for several years, but I’ve never really thought about leaving a review. Our latest experience has made me rethink that. We have had 4 different vehicles tinted and every one has been flawless. Recently, we have sent 2 vehicles for upgrades.

Both vehicles have flawless installs. Very clean work and the sound.....WOW. Both vehicles had their challenges. The Tacoma was limited on
in-cabin space. The Jeep was for a finicky wife who wanted great sound without too much bass. It is also a soft top, which has a whole set of obstacles to overcome. The owners, Eric and Lisa were there to walk me through and design systems for both vehicles. They afforded the time and energy to really develop a comprehensive sounds system for me in both vehicles. I never felt rushed into a decision. In fact, after speaking to them, their knowledge and expertise really put me at ease and made the whole experience feel pleasant. It was reasonably priced, comprehensive, professional work that really exceeded my expectations. Lisa is the “front man” for the business. She was nothing short of an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always enjoyable to talk to and super friendly. Eric is the installation expert. He always had time to answer questions and offered his input without trying to sway you on a more expensive route. It also seems that he has a genuine enthusiasm for audio and his passion for it is obvious. Great people. Great experience. Great pricing. If there was an option for six stars, I would have given them that rating.
