Amerimed was there for me during a very tricky insurance change. They knew just what to do when I was at a loss! I am medically complex and am IV dependent so switching insurance and infusion companies was so stressful. But they made it easy. There have been a few snafoos along the way with incorrect quantities of items. But everytime, they always fix it! They always call to remind me about my orders and all the staff have been very nice.
