I was with Geico for over 30 years & swore I’d never change. But it was just so impersonal, and I just paid premiums, never gave it much attention, and only had to deal with claims 2-3 times in that whole 30 years.
I don’t even recall how I got connected to you all but it was a great decision!!!
I truly enjoy having such a personable connection, having your office 5 minutes from home, and the responsiveness to my questions! -
