Mark Brockman was our agent. Met him at an open house , one we liked online and didn't in person. Mark showed us a few in the next few days. Then we took a break. I step outside at work and I see it's another hot day. My family and I had spent 46 days without AC. I bought some things to keep the house cool  but having central air is obviously much better. Dealing with our warranty compnay was such a pain but thanks to Chip Hatfield staying on top of things we finally have AC.

Chip helped us find our first home. Shortly after we settled in we realized that the AC wasn't working properly. We told Chip about it and we begin to get with the warranty company about the issue. After some miscommunication issues with the warranty company and the company we were having fix our AC unit we reached out to Chip again.

We had the outside fan cleaned and paid $450 to have the coil clean because it wasn't covered under the home warranty. We had our AC unit fixed with a brand new compressor and then a day later the system blew up.

Chip kept in contact with us at least once a week day or night he would always be available. He found us a customer service manager with the warranty company to make sure things were being taken care of properly. Even then things didn't seem to be working out towards the end I started to give up.

We were so stressed out. I told Chip we were sleeping on our couch near our AC unit  just to keep cool but I was ready to sleep in my bed. Some days we couldn't even be home because the house was so hot.  Chip called me up and told me to keep calling the warranty company and he would as well. If it wasn't for him we probably would of had to pay for a new unit ourselves that we didn't have the money for.

I wrote this post to let people know that there are people that do care and are willing to help you when you're in a jam. Chip wasn't getting paid any extra money to help resolve this issue. At times he was just as upset as we were. I have the emails to prove it. So chip I know I said it before but thanks again for all your hard work. We love you.
