This is a great service for getting people outside of the city downtown. The drivers have been nice. I left my wallet on the bus once, and tbe driver went out of his way to get it back to me. They also stopped me from leaving my gloves on the bus once.
I found all the drivers to be personable and friendly. They always show up at the time I schedule an appointment. I find the dispatch helpers very friendly and helpful and nice. I have not had any problems with them. They are doing a great job day in and out.
