Sergey is extremely nice, patient and pleasant person to deal with. Repaired car of mine looks like new. He is also very experienced and good at dealing with the insurance company. He told the insurance company NO when they wanted to replace my car door with a used rusted door and Sergey encouraged the insurance company to do the right thing and replace the door with a new one even though my car was 14 years old. He sticks up for the customer while other collission companies want to please the insurance company for referrals.

I chose Frameworks due to several great recommendations. Sergey was extremely helpful and treated my vehicle as his own. Very transparent and no run around with needing to have issues addressed. 10/10 will recommend in the future
